It's Never Too Early!

How often have we heard friends and neighbors say they want to buy or sell a home, but are just at the start of their process so it’s too early to speak with a real estate professional? Practically speaking, it’s never too early!

Buying or selling a home can be a long process. Having a trusted expert on hand from the start can make that process much easier (and buying or selling experience much more pleasant!). Here’s how.

If you’re a buyer, a qualified realtor can:

  • Help you to identify your objectives (e.g. more space, lower monthly expenditures, great schools, etc.)
  • Suggest neighborhoods that might be a fit and steer you away from those that don’t meet your criteria
  • Provide referrals for professional, proven mortgage providers and brokers

For sellers, a realtor can:

  • Schedule pre-sale home inspections, which can inform and protect you during the sales process
  • Recommend repairs and improvements (if necessary)
  • Refer you to qualified professional trades people

All these initial activities can be going on in the weeks and in some cases months prior to actually searching for property to buy or listing a property for sale, saving clients time and money. So, if you or someone you know is considering buying or selling in 2019, reaching out to a realtor sooner than later would be a smart move!

I love what I do. I employ skills I’ve honed over a long period of time, to deliver my clients’ dreams. As my tagline says: “Skills that Deliver Your Dreams”. Each client processes very differently the myriad information and emotions involved in conveying property. My focus is to understand their process and deliver them a great experience, not as determined by me, but as defined by my client. I enjoy thinking unconventionally, to
