To me, it’s not really so much about houses; it’s overwhelmingly about people, their objectives, hopes, fears, nuances. Each client processes very differently the myriad information and emotions involved in conveying property. My focus is to understand their process and deliver them a great experience, not as determined by me, but as defined by my client. I enjoy thinking unconventionally, to exploit opportunity and value for my clients. Trust, mutual respect, teamwork, and market knowledge form the foundation of the relationship and professional real estate services I provide to each and every client on each and every undertaking, large or small. And I do the right thing, as the phrase goes, “even when no one is looking”.
In the end, my goal is to be my clients’ “go to” real estate resource and the real estate professional they trust to recommend to their friends and acquaintances.

Susan went out of her way on a very busy day to meet me at a hardware store, immediately upon request, because my tenant had locked herself out of the property I was selling. She also offered mobile notary services to all parties when work scheduled would not allow for daytime signings. She handled a last-minute snafu created by the buyer’s mortgage broker, one that seemingly could have put a stop to the whole deal. She was calming and reassuring to me, and assertive and dogged in her pursuit of a resolution of him. Basically, she always bent over backward without making anyone feel like they were troublesome. She’s always professional - a virtual superstar!

Susan Coleman at FHA in Greenbrae is outstanding. She came highly recommended as an agent that works full time (and more) for her clients, is efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I hired her to represent me as a buyer and then again as the seller. Susan knows the county and does not just specialize in one part of the county. (She represented me in Fairfax and Tiburon.) She returned calls within an hour, gave excellent advice on pricing, negotiating and strategizing. Susan has an MBA and it shows in her business dealings. She is very diplomatic in dealing with the other parties, but does not give up any of her client's position unless there is a valid reason to do so. I would recommend Susan without hesitation for either side of a real estate transaction. In addition, her assistant Charlynn is just as efficient and professional.
